Hi! I ran into the same issue when collaborating with others. What worked well for me was using Store Prompts https://storeprompts.com/ . It allows you to generate read-only sharing links for individual prompts or collections, which is far more convenient than copying text into emails or chats. This way, the prompt stays consistent and can be updated without resending it every time. On top of that, everything remains neatly organized in your personal library. It feels more professional and saves a lot of time, especially if you regularly collaborate or teach others how to use specific prompts.
