Всем привет! Никак не можем с женой решить — строить одноэтажный или двухэтажный из пеноблока. Участок 10 соток, бюджет средний. Она хочет всё на одном уровне чтоб по лестницам не бегать, я думаю два этажа компактнее и дешевле выйдет. Кто что строил, поделитесь опытом? Может есть какие-то подводные камни?
О, у нас такие же споры были)) В итоге построили двухэтажный и не жалеем, но нюансы есть. Одноэтажный реально удобнее — всё рядом, для пожилых родителей идеально, да и с маленькими детьми проще. Но он съедает участок, фундамент и крыша дороже (площадь больше). Двухэтажный компактнее на земле, фундамент меньше, крыша меньше — экономия реальная. Но лестница это и место, и деньги, и да, бегать приходится. Компромисс — спальню родителей на первый этаж, детские наверх.
