Приветствую всех! Планирую строить баню из сруба, и меня беспокоит вопрос защиты дерева. С одной стороны, хочется натуральности и безопасности (чтоб не было вредных испарений при нагреве), с другой — понимаю, что влага и температура быстро испортят древесину. Кто строил баню, как решали эту дилемму?
Привет! Отличный вопрос, потому что баня — это действительно особый случай с экстремальными условиями для древесины. Перепады от минусовых температур до плюс ста в парной, постоянная влажность, конденсат — всё это убивает дерево очень быстро без правильной защиты. У меня баня стоит уже шесть лет, и могу поделиться опытом. Главное — использовать специализированные составы именно для бань и саун, которые безопасны при высоких температурах. Обрабатывать нужно не всё подряд: в самой парной на полках и стенах используют натуральные масла или вообще оставляют без обработки (но берут устойчивые породы типа липы или абаша). А вот несущие конструкции, черновой пол, нижние венцы, потолочные балки — всё это обязательно пропитывается огнебиозащитными составами.
