Depends a bit on how much you want to write by hand vs. auto-generate, but if the goal is to generate regression suites from things you already have (OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman collections, cURL) rather than script every case yourself, I'd look at Keploy (http://keploy.io). It's open-source and built pretty much around this exact workflow.
What makes it a good fit for what you're describing:
Multiple input types. You can point it at an OpenAPI/Swagger spec, upload a Postman collection, paste a raw cURL command, or just record live API traffic — and it turns any of those into full test suites with response-based a###ertions (status codes, headers, payload structure), not just empty request skeletons.
Auto-mocks dependencies. When it records real traffic it also captures the downstream calls (DB, third-party APIs) and generates mocks/stubs automatically, so your regression runs are deterministic and you're not standing up a test database every time.
Regression-friendly. Once tests are captured, re-running them replays the recorded calls and flags anything that drifts — which is basically what you want for catching regressions on each build.
CI + coverage. It plugs into CI pipelines and plays nicely with existing test libraries (go-test, JUnit, etc.), so coverage from generated tests shows up alongside your unit tests.
