The other night I finally had some free time and thought I'd jump into a game, but after dealing with updates and figuring out where everything was installed, I almost gave up. It made me realize how much the setup process affects whether I play at all.

I laughed reading this because two nights ago I went through almost the exact same thing, sat down ready to relax and somehow spent nearly an hour just waiting for updates and trying to remember where I installed everything. What surprised me most was how fast it all felt once I stopped overcomplicating it, opened the game, and actually played instead of troubleshooting.
