I wasn't sure what to expect if I'm honest, everyone posts the same photos of the falls but being there is completely different. The spray hits you from like a kilometer away and the sound is just constant, huge, and the rainbows in the mist were so vivid. I booked a day trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls (https://uniquetravelmorocco.com/ouzoud-waterfalls-day-trip/) through a small company I found online and it ended up being just me and a German girl in a 4x4 which was perfect. Our driver stopped at this viewpoint on the way that overlooked a ma###ive canyon, totally unexpected, and then we spent hours just wandering the paths at the bottom and climbing up to the top. The monkeys near the cafe were hilarious but also total thieves, one grabbed a bag of biscuits right off a table. Definitely worth the drive, felt like a proper adventure day.
