Title: Hisense MSD6886 motherboard schematic — looking for the manual
Post by: Leo Vaughn on Apr 10, 2026, 11:21 AM
I'm repairing an old Hisense MSD6886 TV, and I need to figure out the layout of the components on the motherboard. The board is quite complex, and without a schematic, it's easy to mix things up. I tried to find a service manual on the official website, but it only has general instructions. I also checked electronics repair forums, but most of the links are outdated.

I'm particularly interested in the power connections and video ports. Has anyone else encountered this and saved the manual or a circuit diagram? Where can I actually find a PDF with such a diagram? How do you usually look for circuit diagrams for old TVs? Are there any reliable sources where such manuals are posted?

Have you tried searching through the archives of specialized repair services for Chinese electronics? About a year ago, I was fixing an old Sharp TV. I found a schematic on some half-abandoned forum where a guy from Lithuania had posted a whole folder of manuals for Hisense models from 2012–2015. By the way, I came across something similar to your model here: user manual for Hisense MSD6886 TV schematic (https://manualmachine.com/hisense/msd6886/8536277-schematic/) . Though, it's not certain that this is exactly your board revision. I know that Hisense used to change every batch back then. I also noticed that sometimes the schematics aren't in PDF but in DJVU format. But on the plus side, you often find factory versions with engineer's notes there.
