Have you tried searching through the archives of specialized repair services for Chinese electronics? About a year ago, I was fixing an old Sharp TV. I found a schematic on some half-abandoned forum where a guy from Lithuania had posted a whole folder of manuals for Hisense models from 2012–2015. Though, it's not certain that this is exactly your board revision. I know that Hisense used to change every batch back then. I also noticed that sometimes the schematics aren't in PDF but in DJVU format. But on the plus side, you often find factory versions with engineer's notes there.
