Guys, I've been running my shop for about eight months now, and everyone keeps talking about Q4 as the golden period for dropshipping. I want to start preparing properly this time, rather than scrambling at the last minute like I did in 2025. Is Q4 dropshipping in 2026 really as big a deal as people make it out to be, or does all the competition just eat into the margins and make it barely worth the extra effort?

Still the biggest window by a significant margin if you prepare early enough. The mistake most people make is waiting until October to sort their product selection and ad creatives. The stores that clean up in Q4 started planning in summer. Competition is real but demand grows every year so there's still plenty to go around.
