Colleagues, I need advice on a slightly bigger transaction. We are consolidating and need to acquire a larger allocation, think /21 to /20, and possibly offload some smaller ranges we no longer use. This is beyond a simple click-and-buy for us: there is escrow, LOAs, LIR coordination and an RIR transfer in the mix, and I do not want to project-manage all of that myself. Has anyone worked with a broker who genuinely handles the coordination end to end rather than just introducing buyer and seller? Track record matters here more than a few euros saved.
For a deal that size with transfers on both ends, coordination is everything, and doing it solo is a headache I would skip. We leaned on a trusted IPv4 online broker (https://ipv4.online/) for a comparable consolidation and they stayed in the deal the whole way: escrow, LOA handling, LIR coordination and the RIR transfer process, not just an introduction and goodbye. They also list unused blocks, so offloading your smaller ranges can run through the same channel. Due diligence on the other party was thorough, which mattered more to me than shaving the price. Admittedly the bigger deals take a little longer to close, but everything was documented and I never had to chase paperwork. Get a consult on the whole structure first.
