I've been thinking about starting a community garden in my neighborhood and would love some advice from anyone who's done this before. Has anyone dealt with convincing landlords or local governments to allow it? I'm particularly curious about soil quality testing and whether raised beds or in-ground plots work better in urban settings. Also, how do you manage water access and prevent theft or vandalism?
