Is Anyone Else Tired of Pa###word Hell?

I've hit the point where I can't remember half my pa###words anymore, and pa###word managers feel like trading one problem for another. Every single website has different requirements now - uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols, at least 47 characters - it's absolutely ridiculous. I've started using a physical notebook which probably defeats the purpose of security, but at least I can actually access my accounts. What's your strategy?
