Guys, so I've been trying to get more out of Bitrix24 at our company here in the US and the automation side keeps coming up as the obvious next step. We're still handling a lot of things manually that probably don't need a human touch. Anyone dug into Bitrix24 business process automation seriously and can share what actually moved the needle versus what just looked good in theory?

Start with the repetitive stuff that happens on a predictable schedule, status changes, notifications, task a###ignments. Those are the easiest wins and they build confidence in the system before you tackle anything more complex. Trying to automate complicated multi-step processes before the basics are solid is where most teams get stuck.

The simple wins first approach is exactly right. Bitrix24 business process automation really starts paying off when the rules are built around how the team actually works rather than how someone thinks it should work in theory. The automation rules and triggers cover more scenarios than most people realise when they first look at it, worth spending time understanding the full range before deciding what to build. There is a detailed guide on how the automation rules work here http://roboteka24.com/blog/bitrix24-automation-rules-guide/ .
