U4GM Why Helldivers 2 Daily Orders Beat Any Medal Grind Fast

Fast-track Helldivers 2 medals with daily and weekly orders, Major Orders, and quick Eradication or Search & Destroy runs, plus side-objective loot for steady Warbond progress.

Medals are the real bottleneck in Helldivers 2. You'll feel it the moment you spot a shiny Warbond page and realise you're nowhere close. I stopped "just playing" and started treating medals like a plan: grab the quick wins, stack the pa###ive rewards, then farm the missions that actually pay. If you're also topping up Super Credits for gear, a lot of players use U4GM to buy game currency and items, which can take some pressure off the grind while you focus on the fun parts.

Personal Orders Done the Easy Way

Daily Personal Orders look annoying on paper, but they're basically free medals if you don't overthink them. If it tells you to get kills with a weapon you don't love, take it into a Trivial or Easy drop and make it a ten-minute errand. Find a breach, do the task, extract. While you're there, keep your eyes up for those yellow beams. They're easy to miss when you're tunnel-visioning objectives, and they often point to pods or stashes with extra medals or Super Credits. It's not glamorous, but it adds up fast.

Weekly and Major Orders Without the Stress

The bigger chunks come from Weekly and Major Orders, and the best part is you don't have to micromanage them. You just need to be involved. When a defense planet is packed with players, I'll hop into Quickplay and ride the wave. You get that end-of-order medal payout, and you also keep earning mission rewards the whole time. It feels less like farming and more like you're actually helping the war effort, even if your squad is a total mix of randoms and one guy who refuses to ping.

Fast Farms That Don't Waste Your Time

If you're purely chasing medals per minute, two mission types stand out. First, Eradication missions. They're loud, messy, and quick. On higher difficulties the goal is simple: hit the kill quota, then leave. Don't hang around padding numbers because it doesn't pay. With a squad, mortars and big orbitals make it brain-off efficient. Solo, you'll usually have a better time around difficulty 5 or 6, with something like a Guard Dog Rover to keep the small stuff from chewing your ankles. Second, Blitz: Search & Destroy. Go light, stay moving, and treat every fight like it's optional. Blow holes, pop fabricators, keep sprinting. If you've got a buddy, hunt for the two-button bunkers on the way; they're often a nice little medal bonus for almost no risk.

Keeping It Sustainable

The trick is mixing these methods so you don't burn out. Knock your Personal Order out first, then spend the rest of your session on whatever the community is pushing, and sprinkle in a couple of fast Eradication or Blitz runs when you're short. You'll notice your medal count climbing without that "one more mission forever" feeling. And if you'd rather skip the roughest parts or catch up when you're behind, some players look into Helldivers 2 Boosting as a way to save time while still getting to the gear they actually want.
