I've been renting monthly from Octane Rent for the past 4 months and it's been pretty smooth. The pricing is straightforward - they quote you monthly rate and mileage limit upfront, no hidden charges popping up later. Insurance is included in the monthly fee which simplifies things. Pickup was easy and they explained all the paperwork clearly before I signed.
