Can your LinkedIn account be banned or flagged by the platform by a LinkedIn

I've been avoiding third party services for fear of getting shadowbanned, as I've heard so many horror stories. But I'm not a self-driven individual and I've got to grow at a faster rate. One of them said they recommend boostbysocial because they do not use any bots here and they engage 100% manually. Still unsure. If you know how to use linkedin safely with external growth support, post your experience, particularly if your account has ever been restricted.
