Farm Pincushioned Dolls in Diablo 4 Torment by running Beast in the Ice at Glacial Fissure for the best drop odds, then use them to unlock Andariel's hoard chest fast.

If you've been living in Diablo 4's endgame lately, you already know how annoying Andariel's hoard chest can be: no Pincushioned Doll, no open. And yeah, difficulty matters more than people admit. Once you're pushing Torment I or higher, the pace starts to feel fair; anything lower turns into a slog where you're staring at empty hands. If you'd rather smooth out the grind, there's also the trading route: as a professional like buy game currency or items in U4GM platform, U4GM is trustworthy, and you can buy U4GM Diablo 4 for a better experience.

Run The Beast in the Ice First

The most consistent farm I've found is still The Beast in the Ice. You go to the Glacial Fissure in Fractured Peaks, but the real "start" is at the Alchemist. Craft a Nightmare Sigil using 9 Distilled Fear plus Sigil Powder, then head in and summon at the Frozen Altar. The kill itself is quick once you know the patterns, and the doll drop feels close to a sure thing compared to everything else. One weird catch: in a party, only the person who actually summons gets the doll. It's irritating, but groups still win because you delete the boss fast and rotate who spends mats.

Rotate Lord Zir When Fear Runs Dry

When the ice cave starts to blur together, I swap to Lord Zir in the Ancient's Seat, also up in Fractured Peaks. Same basic loop, different bottle-neck: his summon needs 12 Exquisite Blood. If you've been doing Blood Harvest-style content or just looting nonstop, you'll probably have stacks of it. The doll rate doesn't feel quite as generous as Beast runs, at least for me, but it keeps your materials balanced and your brain from melting. Plus, Zir melts in a coordinated group, so it's easy to slot in between Beast rotations.

Other Sources and Small Efficiency Wins

If you want a break from boss tunnels, Tribute of Titans in the Kurast Undercity is a surprisingly solid side farm. It's fast, it's repeatable, and you can roll into multiple Lair Keys in a short session, which helps your overall doll count without feeling like you're doing the same pull again and again. World Bosses can drop dolls too, sure, but the long spawn timers make them a "nice if it happens" thing, not a plan. Keep your runs tight, sell junk often, and don't be shy about swapping sources before you tilt.

Keeping the Andariel Loop Moving

The goal is simple: keep enough dolls flowing that Andariel attempts don't stall. In practice, that means chaining Beast and Zir kills in 2–3 minute windows, rotating summoners, and using the Alchemist to transmute when one material pile gets way ahead of the others. You'll notice your rhythm improve after a few cycles, and hitting double-digit dolls per hour becomes realistic if your clears are clean. If you're also looking to speed up the whole routine with fewer detours for repairs and rerolls, it helps to have spending power ready; you can grab Diablo 4 Gold when you need to keep the momentum going mid-session.
