I run a remote consulting business and I'm honestly just so sick of the brutal Chicago winters. I'm thinking about setting up a permanent winter base out in the UAE to escape the snow and work by the water. I want to buy a place to live in for half the year and then just hand it over to a property manager to rent out while I'm back in the States. Where do people even start looking for reliable listings over there without dealing with shady brokers?

If you're planning the short-term rental route while you're gone, you have to be really picky about the location. Tourists only want to stay in very specific areas, but as a resident, you might hate the constant noise and traffic around places like the Marina. It's smart to stick to ma###ive government-backed builders if you're looking at new builds, so you don't get stuck with a stalled project.

You can definitely find a good middle ground where the area is quiet enough for you to work but still pulls in decent rental income during the peak tourist season. Getting a feel for the market prices and layouts is the best first step. You can check out available real estate in Dubai here https://atvir.com/ . Dubai and Abu Dhabi are great options if you're looking for reliable winter weather and plenty of expat communities with established amenities. Just keep in mind that December through February are peak tourist season, so prices for accommodation and activities tend to be higher during those months. 소액결제 현금화
