Gaming Shouldn’t Feel Like a Chore

The other night I finally had some free time and thought I'd jump into a game, but after dealing with updates and figuring out where everything was installed, I almost gave up. It made me realize how much the setup process affects whether I play at all.
Now I'm hoping to find a platform that makes things quick and straightforward — open it, pick a game, and relax. What are you all using that actually feels convenient?

I laughed reading this because two nights ago I went through almost the exact same thing, sat down ready to relax and somehow spent nearly an hour just waiting for updates and trying to remember where I installed everything. At some point I randomly searched for an expedition 33 key since that was the game I wanted anyway, and it kind of pushed me toward using a simpler platform. What surprised me most was how fast it all felt once I stopped overcomplicating it, opened the game, and actually played instead of troubleshooting. Made me realize convenience matters way more than I used to think.
