Has Anyone Else Noticed Their Cat's Weird Sleep Schedule?

My tabby cat has recently started sleeping at the absolute strangest times. She'll be wide awake at 3 AM doing parkour off the walls, but the moment I try to play with her during the day, she just flops down and ignores me completely. I've read that cats are crepuscular, but this feels excessive even for that. Does anyone else deal with this nocturnal chaos, or do I just have a uniquely chaotic furball? Any tips for adjusting her schedule would be appreciated!
